About this opportunity
Welcome to the FX/MM Confirmations and Settlements team. We add value by providing best in clas backoffice services. As Expert Service Operations Officer, Łódź you’ll play a valuable role in FX value chain.
What you’ll be doing:
- maching confirmations
- handling error messages in transaction systems
- taking care of manual payments
- claryfing dicrepencies in Standard Settlement instructions.
- testing new solutions
- desiging the process and optimising the daily work
- workign closly across whole value chain
You’ll join a dynamic and proffesion team that deeply cars about the customers. The role is based in Łódź.

Your experience and background:
- 3-5 years of expierience working in back office in capital markts area in bank or large financial institution
- proven record of implementing proces improvements
- fluent english spoken and written
- good knowledge of MS office preferably with VBA
- expierience with new IT solutions testing.
