Job Description
- Collaborate with engineers and product owners to write appropriate test automation for each feature, perform tests and ensure that the completed features satisfy all the acceptance criteria.
- Devise a testing automation strategy & implement automated application tests; including functional, performance and load testing.
- Help to define a testing methodology and process.
- Lead the technical test team.
- Report regularly to stakeholders and provide good quality analysis and risk assessment.
- Design and automate processes and workflows to keep code moving through the testing pipeline at maximum velocity and monitor quality metrics.
- Analyze the most complex systems and design testing strategies & systems for them.
Requirements
- Degree or Master in Engineering in computer science field or other relevant degree.
- More than 6 years working experience in the QA or software development
- Minimum 3 years working experience in automation.
- Extended knowledge of the most important software metrics and you understand what you can read off it.
- Wide knowledge in test automation as well as with test types like Cross-browser Tests, Cross-device Tests, Integration Tests, Regression Tests and Performance Tests.
- Excellent knowledge of testing process and tools.
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive and pragmatic. Sense of customer service.
- Fluency in English required.
- Experience in agile methodologies.
- Experience with integrating automation as part of CI/CD.
- Bonus: Experience with a web test automation framework: e.g. Selenium, Cucumber.
