On behalf of our Client, a Swiss specialty chemical production company based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Candidates for the role of Export Coordinator with German.

Export Coordinator will be a daily operational interface to warehouses and transport providers in Germany and Switzerland, and will be in charge of planning, execution, coordination and optimization of daily export transports to Asia, Americas, Middle East and Africa, as well as execution of knowledge transfers/work shadowing sessions across Europe. Main responsibilities will include creating and distribution of transport orders and shipping documents, monitoring timelines, providing issue solution, giving feedback on transport order status, verifying freight invoices/controlling freight costs, maintaining positive and strong relationships with internal and external customers, and acting as regional interface to Customer Service Desk’s in Europe and Import Desk’s across the globe.

We are looking for a customer-oriented person with 3-5 years of experience in international trade and shipping, with deep understanding of operational export shipment process, experience in dealing with transport via ocean, air, and land, good understanding of the operational OTC process, and familiar with Incoterms 2010. Proficiency in English and German is mandatory, as well as working-knowledge of MS Office Suite. General knowledge of SAP SD (or other ERP system/export order processing system) would be an asset.
