On behalf of our Client, a Swiss specialty chemical production company based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Export Coordinator with the German language.
Joining a dynamic team, Export Coordinator will be responsible for organizing transport to Far and Middle East Countries, Americas and Africa. Export Coordinator will liaise with Swiss and German logistic companies, handle with transport as well as customs documentation and act as a front office support to any cooperative point. Export Coordinator will be also responsible for transport costs optimization, freight invoice acceptance and execute knowledge transfers/work shadowing sessions across Europe.
The Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in international trade and shipping, with deep understanding of operational export shipment process, experience in dealing with transport via ocean, air, and land, good understanding of the operational OTC process, and familiar with Incoterms 2010. Proficiency in English and German is mandatory, as well as working-knowledge of MS Office Suite. General knowledge of SAP SD (or other ERP system/export order processing system) will be an asset.
