Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

F&A Functional Leader

Location: Lodz, Poland

Key responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design F&A Technology Solutions
Oversee the development of such solutions- by providing guidance and feedback to the technical team
Handle the solution life cycle – IP rights, Solution Road maps, oversee Implementation hygiene etc.
Perform “Gap” Analysis of F&A Practice Offerings – and identify solution development opportunities
Anchor key discussions with the clients around F&A Solutions , Technology , ERP gaps etc
Take complete ownership for In house implementation of F&A Solutions (R2R,P2P,O2C)
Conduct trainings to end users Infosys and Clients on F&A Solutions
Write detailed functional test cases, perform UAT for new features and new solutions
Perform, prepare & present comprehensive DD / assessment reports and identify solution deployment opportunities

Requirements:

Strong domain knowledge – having extensively worked in Finance Controllers/ CFO’s office in middle management role
Capability to conceptualize Finance and Accounting Point Solutions
Ability to liaise extensively with IT development team and ensure the development of world class F&A Solutions
Handle client conversations with senior stakeholders from Fortune 1000 clients on topics around F&A Benchmarking, latest trends in the industry, Maturity Road Maps etc.
Hands on experience on one or more ERPs – preferably having been part of an implementation life cycle
Very evolved Presentation , Documentation and Spreadsheet skills
Project Management Experience
