Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

F&A Quality & Reporting Specialist

Location: Lodz, Poland

Key responsibilities

Creation of RTR/OTC/PTP checklists for processes transferred from the client

Performing quality checks

KPI management reporting – delivering reports with client standard timelines

Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with client

Create culture of continuous improvement in the Engagement

Implementation and maintenance of Quality Awareness Culture

Identify quality improvement opportunities and implement them on the operations floor

Ad hoc requests

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in accounting & finance area

Fluent English

Quality Awareness Culture and Continuous Improvement tools knowledge (Kaizen, 5S, Green Stars, KPI visualizations etc. )

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAP system

High level of communication, interpersonal and attention to detail skills

Strong focus on customer orientation
