Project Description:
Lead the roll out of Fenergo vendor application for our US based Clients. Coordination between the client, the vendor and management of technical delivery team (functional and technical)
Fenergo is a leading provider of Client Lifecycle Management, AML/KYC Compliance and Client Data Management solutions for investment, corporate, commercial and private banks. Luxoft is looking for experienced Project Management, with knowledge in Investment Banking, ideally in onboarding, AML, screening, compliance and experience in vendor implementation.
Maturity and seniority are required, in order to be able to manage client expectations, vendor management, people management.
Responsibilities
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure the basics of a project management are in place: delivery planning, RAID log, development capacity, development effort, product consultancy organization and workload assessment
- Lead and manage delivery team: assign roles and objectives, maintain focus and efficiency across the streams
- Tackle issues until resolution be hands on when necessary, high level when necessary. Be able to alternate in order to make things progress at a fast pace.
- Ensure correct level of communication with the clients and stakeholder: OpCo, SteeerCo, Design Authority Committee, specific requirements
- Ensure clarity and comprehensiveness in progress status reporting
- Identify risk & issues, escalate as necessary.
- Establish a trustworthy relationship with the client and stakeholders
- Work with sales personal on pre-sales tasks towards a successful contractual agreement
- Secure growth opportunities and initiating new projects
- Coach the team in implementing proper Agile Scrum principles
Skills
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- 12y + experience
- Investment Banking Mandatory, CLM /On-Boarding/AML Screening a plus
- Solid track record of successful project management delivery
- Delivery of vendor implementation project - ideally Fenergo or competitors
- Formal project management qualification a plus (Scrum master, Lean 6 Sigma, Prince)
- Understanding of the Banking arena
- Understanding of KYC, AML, Screening
- Capacity to deal with business professionals, operational and technical stakeholders
- Leadership skills and Conflict resolution skills
- Capacity to interact with Senior management
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Capacity to manage high stress situations
- Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
- Big-picture thinking and vision
