For our Client - international producer of building / interior finishing materials we are currently looking for person to take the position of Field Marketing Coordinator for Polish market.
The person on this position will collaborate with Marketing Manager and Country Sales Team to establish go-to market strategies and plans for distributor activation and engagement, determines the most effective strategies to meet assigned volume targets, establishes and implements field marketing programs and promotions designed to move products through the sales cycle. Field Marketing Coordinator works with Marketing Manager towards increased localization of international brand strategy, adjust, implements and evaluates central marketing promotions at the given market. The person will be managing marketing budget for Poland.
We are looking for candidates with Marketing or Business degree and at least 3 - 5 years of experience in marketing campaign development and project management experience. At least very good command of English is a must, know - how of Polish building industry will be considered a plus. To be successful on this position you have to present excellent communication, presentation, analytical and organization skills as well as very good understanding of the business.
