Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above in mechatronics, automation with mechanical skills
  • Bachelor degree or above in mechanical faculty with good knowledge of automation
  • Good level of Polish and English (fluent)
  • Genuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on quality
  • Willingness to travel extensively - 75% of working time
  • Dynamic, perseverant growth and development oriented personality
  • Results oriented, team player, accountable attitude
  • Ability to work independently and to handle/ drive changes
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer focused attitude
  • Work experience in PLC programming is an advantage

Responsibilities:

  • Manage installations of filling lines - prepare customer site, set up the machine, build conveyors and provide support during the installation
  • Plan, coordinate and execute the planned preventive maintenance activities to a high standard and in line with agreed procedures, ensure effective and reliable operation of TP line equipment, reinstate the equipment into the production environment
  • Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve technical malfunctions and breakdowns. Conduct basic root cause analysis of the problem in order to ensure rapid resolution and/ or escalation to appropriate colleagues
  • Reduce customers operational cost, ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Support product creation and life-cycle management
  • Handle simple claims and provide technical support and guidance to escalated claims according to the claims processes, including root cause analysis
  • Understand the importance of product quality and ensure a safe working culture in the team
