For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Fin/IT Process Improvement Manager with English.
Primary responsibilities include: assists process managers in analyzing process performance data and performing analysis to identify improvement opportunities, assists process managers in determining potential solutions regarding improved processes, procedures and tooling, SSC performance monitoring and reporting include tracks actual cost and benefits against budget for the SSC as a whole and tracks business case realization for running projects Moreover you will be responsible for managing the entire process improvement / innovation cycle; initiates, defines and monitors the progress, alignment, quality and continuity of various multidisciplinary projects within the SSC and inform SSC Finance Manager on performance of the SSC organization as a whole and on performance within the processes and on progress on running projects.
The ideal candidate for this role would have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Bachelor degree on Business or similar. Master Black Belt certification would be an advantage. Moreover good knowledge of office pack is required (Excel, Word, Power point). A suitable candidate will have preferably minimum 7 years of experience with process improvement, and / or other improvement methodologies preferred, as well as working knowledge of process improvement methods. Proficient knowledge of English, both written and spoken is a must. Any other European language will be highly valued. We are looking for detail-oriented people with excellent communication skills.
