For our Client we are currently looking for a Finance & Accounting Manager with experience in hotel industry. The place of work: Łódź.

The person on this position will be responsible, among others, for managing operations, customer relationship and a group of team leaders (supporting them in providing professional services). Finance & Accounting Operations Manager will do his or her best to improve customer’s satisfaction, maintain a high level of process quality as well as coordinate productivity and profitability of the finance and accounting department.

An ideal Candidate will have at least 4 years of experience on the position of Finance & Accounting Operations Manager, previous experience in hotel industry will be a very strong asset. We are looking for motivated Candidates with higher degree in Finance and Accounting, Economics or similar, fluent knowledge of English (he or she will be working in that language) and experienced in maintaining relationships with clients.
