Job description
- Customers’ disputes resolution
- Reporting status of disputes and follow up pending cases
- Daily contact with internal departments (i.e. sales, retained team) over the phone or email
- Answering e-mails / phone calls from interlocutors and customers
- Preparing written communication to the customers
- Customers query resolution

- Good French and communicative English skills
- Customer service and communication skills
- Multitasking & can do attitude
- Good analytical skills and problem solving
- Assertiveness & high interpersonal skills
- Good PC skills (Outlook/ MS Excel) & knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
