Finance & Accounting Process Analyst
What will you do?
Main accountabilities:
- Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
- Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
- Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
- Process payments and refunds
- Resolve billing and customer credit issues
- Update account status records and collection efforts
- Clarify cases via phone calls (English)
- Apply payment and code correctly to ensure line item reconciliation
- Respond email and phone calls
- Perform dunning
- Follow control and compliance regulations
- Book all transactions on a timely manner and according to the correct account reconciliation
- Document information in the system according to Company procedures
- Verify and timely processing financial data through the different tools and systems
- Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in respective countries
Who are we looking for?
Requirements:
- Good analytical skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Comfortable working with targets
- Patience and ability to manage stress
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Skilled in negotiation
- Problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Knowledge of AR/AP processes and other language - Spanish - would be an asset
