Job description
Service Delivery:
- Ensures that the daily activities within his/her responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets
- Demonstrates knowledge of processes and procedures relevant to the function and proactively identifies improvement opportunities
- Is responsible for a customer focused service towards the client
Processes:
- Is supportive of knowledge and best practice sharing
- Continually seeks out ways to improve Client satisfaction
Team work:
- Contributes to a positive and collaborative team culture
- Supports other team members in period of increased workload
- Helps the team to achieve common goals
- Proactively shares knowledge on TPA process and related procedures with other team members
Position purpose
Acts as a member of Third Party Accounting team by performing refund of premiums paid and re-enforcement of insurance policies. Performs activities in accordance with the written procedures or assigned by senior staff under supervision. Deepening knowledge in all process.
Contributes to meeting critical service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost effective customer service to the client.

- Performs daily tasks, contributing in monthly effectiveness and correctness
Requirements
- Very good knowlege of French (written and spoken)
- Communicative level of English
- Good analitical skills
- Able to work on deadlines
