- Good knowledge of French&English (at least B2)

- Knowledge of MS Excel
- Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
- Knowledge of AR/AP processes would be an asset
- Apply payment and code correctly to ensure line item reconciliation;
- Follow control and compliance regulations;
- Book all transactions on a timely manner and according to the correct account reconciliation;
- Document information in the system according to Company procedures;
- Verify and timely processing financial data through the different tools and systems;
- Effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in respective countries;
- Additionaly Service Desk tasks to be fulfilled - both for AR and AP in French/English (calls/emails)
