- Process invoices and credit notes
- Resolve day to day vendor service enquiries, issues and complaints
- Vendor account management and vendor query by monitoring and analysing the payables
- Reconcile the balances with internal and external suppliers
- Create and pay vendor advances
- Apply vendor advances to appropriate invoices
- Balance sheet accounts monitoring
- Assist in various month end closing related activities

We are looking for candidates who are ready to participate in Account Payable processes for our existing Client within the media & entertainment sector – one of the most famous media studios. The scope involved covers processes invoice management, exception handling, level 2 support and reporting.
Before you start our induction training we will check if you have:
- Very good oral and written English and French communication skills
- Experience in accountancy area, especially P2P area
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good working knowledge of SAP will be an asset
- Ability prioritize and to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
- Good working knowledge of MS Office
- Work closely with the client and maintain good working relationship
