In this role you will be responsible for the day to day management of the client’s Accounts Receivable portfolio.
You will ensure the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed SLAs, as well as quick resolution of issues and escalated items by the Credit Control Team.
Main accountabilities:
- Managing a complex AR portfolio, negotiating and implementing payment solutions with clients
- Responsible for achieving cash collection and ageing targets
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with external customers
- Conducting process redesign to ensure process improvements
- Responsible for the application and maintenance of the process, policies and desk top procedures within engagement
- Conducting process redesign to ensure improvement within client context
- Managing control and compliance agenda in the client context within the given area of expertise
- Developing strategies and solutions to overcome credit management and credit control challenges
- Ensuring cash collection targets are met
- Reporting creation and review, also complex reporting and analysis
- Processing other OTC-related tasks
