Job description
- Leading, managing and developing a growing and developing team which consist now of 10 individuals to deliver high quality, professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
- Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship
- Providing process quality assurance, reviewing DTPs
- Providing high quality various reporting both standard and non-standard
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity gains increase is in line with contract requirement and Client satisfaction
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing. Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied.
Position purpose
The scope of activities is very interesting and complex and includes in particular: AP scope (invoice processing, supplier & client queries, payments, cash application) including coordination of different teams in different locations, AR (issuing AR invoices, processing payments), Fixed Assets, GL (accounts reconciliation, JV processing, reporting).
Candidate’s profile
- Good communication skills
- Strong people leadership skills
- Experience in managing the team will be a strong asset
- Very good German and English
- Excel on at least intermediate level
- Experience with Oracle based ERP systems and BO will be an asset
- Multitasking, ability to organize own and team work in compliance with the operational procedures, tight deadlines, KPI/Client’s reporting requirements, ad hoc priority tasks
- Documented track of improvements implementations (technical, process and team work organization) will be an asset
- Strong analytical skills
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive approach
