Our Client is a worldwide-recognized brand, operating globally, which decided lately to establish new Business Centre in the heart of Cracow. Currently, as the scope of operations in the Centre is significantly expanding, new teams are being established and we are looking for experienced leaders within different processes (AP, AR, GL) to build the manage day to day accountabilities.
Your job will provide you with the opportunity to manage day to day operation of the finance processes within area of responsibility and geographical scope. You will search for process improvement opportunities and manage financial & process risk as well as ensure business resilience plans are up to date and communicated. The team Leader will also propose and manage projects to streamline and improve overall efficiency.
If you have already gained experience in the role of a leader and worked within at least two different processes (AP, AR or GL) and present good understanding of standard accounting processes as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills, this is a unique opportunity to contribute to the creation of new team in Kraków. Moreover you need to be fluent in English, any other language skills will be perceived as an advantage.
