Our Client is an international company, possessing a well-established position on the market and delivering quality products to the largest FMCG organizations. Due to further growth, a fantastic internal opportunity has arisen and we are now looking for an experienced, hands-on and goal-oriented professional for the position of Finance and Administration Manager.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's strategy in Poland
- Monitor and analyze KPIs of all disciplines from a financial point of view in order to optimize performance
- Ensure the timely preparation of the annual budget in cooperation with the European CFO and other key functional managers
- Responsible for hands on analysis to support and improve the operational effectiveness of the production plants in Poland
- Ensure timely preparation of all required financial reports in order to meet all legal, local and parent company reporting requirements according to Group standards
- Lead and develop the controlling and accounting teams
- Manage external and internal audits; ensure SOX controls are implemented and followed
- Master's degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) will be an asset
- At least 7-10 years of financial professional experience combining accountancy and controlling area in a multinational manufacturing environment
- Practical knowledge of local accounting rules, IFRS and/or USGAAP, as well as tax regulations
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- Strong leadership, negotiation and communication skills
- Self-motivated individual willing to drive change
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP will be a plus)
- Fluent English and Polish
