Our Client, a major international company, is a leader in healthcare sector. To maximize its growth potential, we are looking for a talented team player for the position of Finance Business Partner for Baltics area. Successful candidate will provide a basis for management planning, operating controls and financial performance appraisal.
- Supports newly created Baltics Business Unit in preparing management information, financial reporting, budgeting and performing financial analysis
- Ensure full understanding of the business drivers
- Coordinate rolling P&L forecast preparation
- Support annual budget preparation
- Build / maintain required Excel tools and models
- Ensure that all receive the required level of analysis, including upsides and downsides
- University Degree in economics/finance or similar
- At least 3 years of experience in an international environment
- Ability to operate in complex, multinational, matrix organization
- Ability to work under time pressure and meet tight deadlines in a demanding environment
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Proactive attitude, helicopter view and willingness to challenge status quo
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Polish
