· timely preparation of accurate management accounts and review of performance against budgets and forecasts,
· preparation and submission reporting requirements,
· supervision of high quality statutory accounts,
· preparation of monthly commentaries on results for each company,
· management of all audits, statutory, internal and client,
· supervision of submission of corporate tax information,
· preparation of all reconciliations required by internal client management,
· preparation of monthly KPIs,

Strategy and budgets
· preparation of the annual budgets and on-going forecasts throughout the year,

Control environment
· set-up of SOX compliant control environment,
· on-going review of financial controls and the implementation of improvements where appropriate,
· liaison with businesses, training staff to develop awareness and understanding of good financial controls,
· ensure compliance with all contractual requirements.
