For our client, top-tier FMCG company we are looking for candidates on the position of Finance Jr. Manager who will support business in core processes.
Your tasks would include:
Ensuring timely and quality reconciliation of Order to Cash activities incl. credit control;
Ensuring key controls are in place, create and implement procedures for the organization within area of responsibility, support annual external & internal audit cycle;
Proactive identification and championing improvements within finance processes;
Close cooperation with external parties supporting finance processes;
Close cooperation with business and local & regional finance team;
Managing team of finance specialists

U Kandydatów zwracamy uwagę na / We are looking for
Master degree (preferably Finance) - ACCA/CIMA completed or in progress will be an asset,
Proven experience of at least 3 years in finance, preferably accounting (AR), controlling, management accounting or treasury
Proven experience of at least 1 year of team management or potential for such role
Self-starter attitude, taking initiative and with can-do attitude and eager to drive change
Strong analytical skills
Ability to deliver results in dynamic environment under time pressure,
Skill to learn and develop within different areas of finance/ business,
Transactional system knowledge (SAP) will be an asset,
Fluent Polish and English language skills
Proven experience of at least 3 years in finance, preferably accounting (AR), controlling, management accounting or treasury
Proven experience of at least 1 year of team management or potential for such role
