Our client is an international company providing products and services to healthcare sector. Due to a change in a regional structure of the company a new position of CEE Finance Manager has been created. The successful candidate will lead finance & accounting function for Polish subsidiary and also will be responsible for managing finance function of the Central & Eastern Europe region.
- Manage short and long-term financial budgeting and forecasting for the CEE region
- Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the Group's financial standards in the region to deliver reliable financial closings
- Provide key support to the operations to guarantee profitable growth: financial/strategic planning, identification of business drivers and KPI's, recommendation for actions, etc.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of the company's business statutory and tax reporting
- Liaise with the Group's headquarter finance team, auditors and other external institutions
- Lead and develop finance and accounting teams in the CEE region
- A university degree in finance-related fields
- Approximately 7-10 years of professional experience in an international environment
- Knowledge of healthcare sector may be an asset but is not crucial
- Sound knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
- At least 3 years in a finance management function (accounting and commercial finance)
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, cash flow management and reporting
- Decision making skills and ability to deliver innovative internal client focused solutions
- Strong organizational and communication skills, open-minded, capable to adapt to the changing and demanding environment
- Fluency in Polish and English
