For our client, leading FMCG company we are looking for candidates on the position of Finance Manager. Mission of the Finance (sales) department is to support key stakeholders (Sales Director, Finance Director) in controlling of sales through efficient credit control, cash, stock and sales reconciliation.
This role offers opportunities for development of personal leadership skills, team leadership and management, finance expertise and further development in Finance function.
Your tasks would include:
- Lead, develop and support the team of 20+ people
- Ensure robust control environment for sales process
- Business partner for Sales Organization – support sales process & KPI’s improvements
- Drive identification and implementation of improvements within finance processes;
- Drive beneficial cooperation with external parties supporting trade finance processes: bank, credit insurance provider and debt collection agency;
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in finance, controlling, accounting, management accounting or treasury
- Proven experience of team management
- Self-starter, taking initiative and with can-do attitude and eager to drive change,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Ability to deliver results in dynamic environment under time pressure,
- Eager to learn and develop within different areas of finance/ business,
- Fluent Polish and English
