About our client
Our client is is a well reputed multinational in environmental solutions with market leadership across Europe. Due to the fact that company was bought by a Private Equity fund we are seeking to recruit for a Finance Manager based in Warsaw.
Job description
-Supervise the Finance department, currently composed of two accountants, in addition to the Manager
-Keep the company books in accordance with local and IFRS GAAP
-Adhering to local accounting, tax, and social declaration requirements;
-Coordinate and control of the budgeting and forecasting processes;
-Establish month end and year end reporting, in line with both legal and Group requirements;
-Timely submission of recurring and ad-hoc reports to local and Group management;
-Frequent communication with and support to Finance personnel of the holding companies;
-Communication with local and tax auditors;
-Extensive use of SAP Business One ERP and Accounting software and HFM.
Who we are looking for
-Adequate financial degree;
-Minimum 6 years experience in finance, control & audit functions in an international business environment and/or audit company;
-Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment;
-Utilisation of SAP and HFM;
-Knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS;
-Multi-disciplinary business knowledge and experience.
-Good knowledge of English.
-Flexible, result oriented and integer personality;
