Finance Manager
Location: Tychy

Main tasks:
- contributes to maximisation of global profitability of the Company,
- ensure that the Company complies with all statutory requirements relating to financial, payroll and Corporate issues,
- protection of Company assets through the maintenance of appropriate controls and Company policies,
- provide financial data in line with Corporate policy, requirements and timescales,
- provide analysis of financial aspects of business decisions and transactions,
- liaison with external financial advisors to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory issues relating to the Company,
- develop and maintain efficient accounting systems,
- participate in wider management team and contribute to formulation of business strategy,
- develop and maintain effective relationships with Company’s insurance companies, legal advisors and auditors,
- oversee payroll administration.
Requirements:
- higher education,
- full financial professional qualification,
- experience on the similar job position; experience in a manufacturing company highly desirable,
- managerial experience,
- fluent English skills,
- good communicator,
- extensive knowledge of Corporate legal issues and taxation.
