For our client, a production company leader in its field of activity we are looking for an experienced professional for the newly created position of Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be a member of the management team, and play a key role in supporting business decisions and development of the company.

Opis stanowiska

Manage and develop financial and accounting procedures
Assist and support management with relevant financial information
Manage the preparation of annual budget, forecasts and business plans
Participate in the improvement of accounting and business systems
Coordinate the relation with external stakeholder such as banks, auditors and tax authorities

Kogo szukamy

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a production environment in an international company
Good understanding of Polish accounting principles
University degree of Finance or Economics
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Fluency in English is a must
Commercial approach will be a plus
