For our Client - international service provider, based in Warsaw – we are looking for Finance Manager who will join dynamic and rapidly growing organisation.

Finance Manager will be responsible for management, production and analysis of all financial management and statutory reporting and accounting, including managing a finance team, to deliver value to the business operations.

In particular candidate will be responsible for all month-end accounting and related processes, manage daily treasury, cash flow and working capital positions, including forward projections; manage all external stakeholders relationships related to finance matters; analyse financial data to understand drivers and work with the business on improvements; produce weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support business development; work closely with the business to support operation and development from a finance perspective; continually work to improve efficiency and effectiveness in finance and across the business and support business growth through budgetary, forecast and target planning.

The job include working with CEO, COO and CFO on business planning, fund raising, investor relations and other ad-hoc projects as required and managing, developing and motivating a finance team to create a strong, high performing and valued team.

From Candidates we require accountancy qualification (more than 5 years of experience); previous experience in a senior finance role, managing a finance team and running month-end accounting processes - preferably multi-company and multi- country; excellent organizational and business communication skills and strong analytical & reporting skills. Fluent English is a must.
