- Supporting the Global Finance community through resolving technical issues for Finance Systems
- Delivering and developing the monthly management reporting using Power BI
- Supporting the design and deployment of new functionalities, deliver clear and comprehensive technical end-user trainings
- Executing and documenting UAT testing during system upgrades and new projects
- Collaborating closely with all internal Finance stakeholders and the IT support teams
- English level: C1
- 1-2 years of experience in Financial SSC/BPO
- Very good command of Office 365
- Experience in Project Management would be an asset
- Highly motivated and proactive, with good verbal/written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Experience in Trintech Cadency suite would be beneficial
