Deliverables responsibility:

High level change summary
Detailed change impact assessment
Plan for work needed to deliver change impacts
Training strategy / outline approach
Training needs analysis
Training resource needs
Training plan & schedule
Operating Company (Op Co) readiness checklist
Op Co readiness status

Activities:

Change impacts
Articulate what will change, at a high level, during the transformation (what people need to know)
Structure & run follow-up workshops, to capture a detailed change impact assessment
Ensure plans in place to drive through actions for all impacts identified (eg training, link to comms etc)

Training:
Understand the changes in capability required in various staff populations (retained + Operations Center)
Ensure a Training Needs Analysis is conducted (involving IAG L&D if appropriate)
Prepare a training strategy / outline approach (type, timing of training, resources needed etc)
Prepare & monitor high level training plans (in conjunction with training/ people managers in Op Co’s + OC)
Define & support onboarding activities for OC (alongside existing knowledge transfer planning)

Readiness
Ensure template checklist created & monitored for users to be ready for systems deployment (retained + OC, covering all activities, eg data cleansing/reconciliation, go-live & cutover work, user lists & sign-ons)

Other
Support other deliverables that need an understanding of user communities & change involved (eg user testing approach
