Financial Analyst Specialist
As a result of growth of our organization we are looking for candidates for a position of Financial Analyst Specialist. The person hired for this position will be responsible for providing day to day financial analytics support for Global and Local BU and participating in various cross business improvement projects.

- Preparing monthly and quarterly reporting packages for Global and Local BU;
- Preparing and analyze financial information using Abacus Analyzer for preparation of actual, forecast and budget reporting;
- Summarizing information and prepare reports, graphs and charts. Analyzing trends affecting various financial and business activities;
- Supporting implementation projects related to process improvement;
- Self-development of automated and semi-automated analytical tools;
- Participating in ad-hoc projects and reporting;
- Working closely with LBU and PG controllers, BU management team and Group functions on such matters as reporting and monitoring, developing procedures, providing additional information and analysis etc.;
- Follow up activities within LBU according to LBU instructions;
- Running daily controlling activities for Global Engineering Center.
- University degree (preferably in finance & accounting, economics, econometrics, IT/IS or mathematics);
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Finance & Accounting with basic knowledge of controlling and reporting;
- Excellent command of the English language (both spoken and written);
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, MS Excel with knowledge of cubevalue formula, macros and VBA etc.);
- Excellent analytic thinking, problem structuring and problem solving skills;
- Ability to independently plan and organize work;
- Ability to deliver results to deadlines and to handle stress;
- Ability to work under extreme time pressure;
- Superior attention to details as well as an almost compulsive need for accuracy;
- Good communication skills, dynamics and pro-activity in action;
