Financial Analyst
Location: Częstochowa
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of controlling and financial analysis and reports;
- Operational Performance (OPV) monitoring and analysis;
- Balanced Scorecard / KPIs;
- Interface Domain O and Divisional OE/LPO;
- Overseeing global market trends (Commodity and non-commodity inflation, coordination of Raw Material analysis);
- Interface to Purchasing organization;
- Active cooperation with Finance/Controlling of Bus.
Requirements:
- Higher education (preferred accounting, finance, accounting etc.);
- Fluent in English (German or other languages will be a plus);
- Knowledge of accounting issues, interest in the area of financial and production controlling;
- Experienced in financial planning and budgeting processes in an international environment;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel;
- Familiar with Bex Query Designer, Analysis for MS Excel, KP8;
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to work in an international environment;
- Good communication skills;
- Experience in production KPIs/BSC will be a plus;
- Experience in Purchasing will be a plus.
