Financial Analyst
Work place: Warsaw

Responsibilities:
- Control of brand marketing and trade marketing expenditures against budgets
- Ensuring timely and accurate reporting of product, distribution channel and client profitability
- Performing variance analyses actual vs budget vs last year
- Participating in planning and forecasting processes
- Developing reports and tools to support management reporting system
- Collection and validation of key performance indicators and other financial information for decision making purposes
- Ad-hoc financial analyses, including business and brand valuation, investment appraisal, working capital analysis etc.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- At least 3 years experience in similar role, ideally in the international FMCG environment
- Fluency in English
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of business, preferably of FMCG import and distribution
- Problem solving abilities, action-oriented, ability to work under time pressure
