For our client, an international financial institution based in Gdynia we are currently looking for market data system specialists.
Your primary tasks will be to manage, maintain and develop market data systems. This will require collaboration with customers and suppliers – internal and external. You will manage minor projects on your own and participate in improving the use of tools for monitoring, documentation and infrastructure.

You should have been working with IT operations for a couple of years and dealt with many different technologies. You know your way around large IT installations and are familiar with the challenge of handling operations and being part of a project simultaneously. You understand business needs and can communicate complex matters. You are enterprising, self-motivated and have the will to follow tasks through to completion. You are a team player with excellent spoken and written communication skills.

Requirements:
- in-depth expertise with TREP from ThomsonReuters or OneTick from OneMarketsData;
- in-depth expertise with Linux;
- experience with Windows, scripting and Java programming;
- knowledge of ITIL, databases, virtualization and networks;
- understanding of IT security;
- fluent English;
- readiness for business trips;
- experience with products from Bloomberg or Thomson Reuters will be a major advantage.
