Financial Assistant
Workplace: Warszawa
Responsibilities:
- Entering invoices, contracts, orders into internal databases,
- Overseeing the invoice workflow process and monitoring deadlines resulting from internal procedures,
Participate in the implementation of new systems, procedures and reporting formats, - Entering transfers into bank transaction systems,
- Communicate with accounting in Poland and with foreign branches, including clarification of discrepancies and accounting inquiries,
- Issuing sales invoices,
- Verification of statements before invoicing,
- Contacting suppliers on matters relating to verification of accounts payable and accounts receivable,
- Preparing simple analyses and reports on controlling data,
- Ongoing support of the Finance Department and cooperation with other departments,
Expectations:
- Students of final years of economics or graduates,
- Knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel,
- Native or Fluent Polish at the level of at least C1,
- Knowledge of English at the level of at least B2,
- Meticulousness, responsibility for assigned tasks, motivation to work and learn,
- Proactive attitude,
- Interest in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage
