About our client
Our Client is one of the worldwide leading companies in the FMCG sector. Given the size of the operations in Poland now ( ca.400 employees), the decision has been taken to create a dedicated Financial Controller position in the Finance department.This challenging position requires very strong interpersonal skills to lead the necessary change in a very dynamic and creative company. Successful candidate will report directly to Finance Controlling Manager.
Job description
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting in cooperation with assigned department managers
- Serve as a partner for assigned business functions to provide financial guidance
- Improve budgeting and reporting processes
- Establish and maintain monthly forecasts
Who we are looking for
- Master`s degree in finance, economics, accounting, etc.
- At least 3 years of experience in financial controlling
- Excellent communication skills
-Knowledge of ERP systems is necessary
- Excel proficiency
- Fluent English
