Our client, a leading multinational energy company and leader within its branch currently operating in Poland, is seeking to recruit a highly professional candidate for the position of Financial Controller.

Opis stanowiska

Responsible for supporting commercial activities from a financial perspective in Poland and other central European markets within the region
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities
Provide accurate and timely insight into business performance by analyzing any variance of actual results from budget and/or forecast
Undertake cost/benefit analysis to evaluate and support the commercial teams
Support Finance Manager in ad-hoc finance projects including financing
Support SAP system implementation
Initiate efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
Provide support to Finance Manager during internal and external audits

Kogo szukamy

Higher education in Finance/ Business Administration; Professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA) is a plus
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in financial controlling/analyst role
Excellent interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Strong mix of technical financial knowledge along with commercial acumen
Understands key business drivers and proactively seeks out opportunities and recommends solutions that can be effectively supported
Experience with the use of information technology to effectively satisfy business needs; MS Office, SAP, VBA experience
Passionately strives to achieve results; energetic and high level of dedication; ability to handle stress
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English
