Financial Customer Service Agent

You will be responsible for:
In this role you will be in charge of the AR management on behalf of our clients:
- Active correspondence (inbound and outbound calls, email handling) with debtors and clients
- Creating and audit of invoices and credit notes as well as conduction of accounting processes
- Account reconciliation, payment allocation and working on tickets
- Procedure of pretrial dunning processes and transfer towards collection
- Preparation on reports and monitoring of quality related processes
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business will be an asset
- Professional experience in fields related to customer service would be an advantage
- Fluent Dutch (C1/ C2 level)
- Very good level of English (min. B2 level)
- PC skills, knowledge of accounting systems would be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment
