Financial ERP Systems Analyst

Requirements:
- Computing or Finance related Bachelor's Degree
- Expertise and experience in SAP or Oracle EBS Financials (or similar ERP system)
- Strong systems skills generally
- Ability to analyze, evaluate and improve financial processes
- Experience with month-end closing for General Ledger and other Finance modules would be a great plus
- Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) knowledge/ experience would be an advantage
- Ability to develop clear user-friendly training materials and to deliver training in small or large group settings
- Project management experience
- Oracle E-Business Suite 11.5.x certification would be a great advantage
Responsibilities:
- Support the Financial Systems and Processes teams strategic role as a bridge between Finance, IT and the Corporate Office for more technical problem-solving
- Work with others throughout the EMEA region to ensure individual country users needs are met, users requirements clarification
- Represent finance users in Oracle EBS development projects, participating in design, testing, training and cutover activities
- Take part in training program for new hires and employees in the process of learning
- Participate in major development local and global projects that impact Finance such as those relating to Oracle EBS and other systems
- Support the Krakow finance group with Oracle Financials, Hyperion and other systems and processes
- Provide additional systems support during monthly and year-end close cycles
- Support the Krakow finance users systems needs by troubleshooting daily issues, training and advising users
- Support SOX system access reviews in an Admin capacity
- Support and deliver systems training for finance users in the EMEA
- Serve as super user in all financial systems initiatives by gathering business requirements/specifications, coordinating user acceptance testing, coordinating end user training and assisting in the deployment of new solutions
