Our Client, one of the most significant multinationals successfully operating and growing in Poland is seeking to recruit a highly professional Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to be located in Warsaw. The successful candidate will be reporting to Finance Director.
- Provide accurate and timely financial analysis
- Compare actuals versus business expectations
- Report material variances
- Prepare month-end reporting in a timely and accurate manner, with emphasis on detailed analysis
- Provide support on budgeting, mid-year reviews, project reviews
- Cooperate with key business managers to ensure decision support within finance aspects
- Develop financial reporting tools
- Ensure tight control of financial aspects of projects conducted by the company (including accounting of long-term contracts)
- Manage team of 2 financial analysts (one located abroad)
- Relevant university degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting
- Minimum 3 years professional experience in finance, controlling department preferably in professional
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience with accounting for long term contracts and construction contracts
- Confident self-starter who is able to work effectively leading a team
- Flexibility, analytical skills, openness and pro-activity, decision-maker
- Familiar with ERP systems (experience with Oracle will be an advantage)
