Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:

Financial Planning and Analysis Improvement Team Developer

Location: Lodz, Poland

Key responsibilities:

Play a supporting role for Improvement Team Leader
Participating in improvement strategy creation for global domain
Leadership and support for Six Sigma/Lean improvement projects and automation
Coordination of improvement activities
Trainings conducting
SQL and Access databases administration
VBA improvements creation
Delivering and implementation of the ideas for efficiency increase

Requirements:

Proficiency in MS Excel with VBA programming
Basic financial knowledge
Experience with SharePoint administration and maintenance is a plus
Communication and interpersonal skills to build a quick and effective working relationships
Good English language written and verbal skills enabling comfortable communication via email, telephone and internet
End-to-end thinking and excellent analytical skills, ability to quickly understand and translate business requirements
Experience with BI tools
Experience with SAP R/3
Knowledge of visualization tools such as QlikView, Tableau, Datazen, Qlik Sense and others is a plus
SharePoint knowledge is a plus
Other programming languages knowledge is a plus
Customer orientation
Stress resistance
Analytical skills
