in Europe.
Currently we are looking for candidates for the position:
Financial Process and Quality Specialist - BlackLine Lead
Location: Warsaw
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads the implementation of BlackLine (GL / R2R process automation software)
- Manages user expectations and work collaboratively across the enterprise
- Leads project team members to accomplish project objectives
- Identifies and ensures on-going process improvements in finance and accounting area
- Implements process changes
- Analyzes and maps financial processes
- Analyzes and reports KPIs
- Helps the team to improve efficiency
- Provides trainings and coaches the team in a daily work
- Is responsible for the quality assurance within FSSC processes and the team's deliverables to internal and external clients
- Leverages problem solving and influencing skills
- Builds relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders and FSSC teams to ensure delivery of commitments
- Consistently follow all internal policies and procedures
Profile:
- At least 3-4 years of practical experience in financial processes including R2R/ GL activities, month-end close process, balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries or
- Experience in financial audit/ consulting will be an asset
- Knowledge of finance, accounting principles and practices
- Experience in implementation of financial process transformation software will be appreciated (e.g. BlackLine, Runbook, Trintech)
- Experience in working with ERP class systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel, VBA knowledge will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical skills
- Practical knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter
- Strong ethic of work
- Proficiency in English
