Financial Process Optimization Consultant
Location: Kraków

Main tasks:
- supporting client on projects connected with business transformation such as an implementation of new tools/procedures or preparation towards outsourcing,
- acting as a subject matter expert while working on various projects for business clients,
- end-to-end creation of solutions that fit client's business model,
- cooperation with a team of professionals from the area,
- taking part in meetings with partners abroad (most likely in Europe).
Requirements:
- broad experience and process knowledge from the accounting area (preferably RtR),
- previous experience from e.g. transition, process transformation&optimalization, implementation of new solutions is a must,
- fluent English (both written and spoken),
- hands-on experience in working with ERP systems and MS Office,
- ability to work in an international environment and to multitask,
- business presentation skills,
- can-do attitude & negotiation and communicational skills,
- availability to travel abroad.
