Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for specific client events in the lifecycle of the equity and deferred plan administration
- Ensuring quality of operational and technical service within the compliance and risk framework
- Timely response to questions and escalations related to specific processes from clients
- Analyzing and developing of the specific processes in collaboration with all relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Supports the Business Consulting Team by implementing new purchase plans
- Lead and manage the timeline for specific processes with key stakeholders
Requirements:
- Min. 2 years of experience in financial services
- Process driven and analytical / logical thinking
- Very knowledge of MS Excel, SQL Knowledge is an advantage
- University degree in Finance
- Ability to differentiate when to make independent decisions and when to seek input from team members / head
