Currently, for our client, a global investment company based in Poznań, we are urgently seeking candidates for the position of Financial System Analyst:
- As Financial Systems Analyst you will be a part of a multinational global team of Analysts dedicated to confirming business’ needs and documenting existing workflows, system processes and data flows.
- Successful Candidate will identify, recommend and document appropriate new business and systems requirements to address those needs.
- He/ She will work closely with the Application Development team and Testing Services team in order to support the technical system design, systems testing, integration testing, quality assurance testing and use acceptance testing.
- Given the truly international nature of the organization, you will be directly exposed to stakeholders based in the US and cooperating with global teams.

We are looking for candidates with at least Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of experience working with large ERP systems (preferably with PeopleSoft Financials but SAP/ Oracle EBS are also acceptable), good business analysis skills around finance and/or IT projects and some level of understanding of F&A practices (hand-on accounting experience will be a huge plus). Experience with business intelligence tools (Cognos/ Business Objects/ OBIEE would be an asset, while fluent English skills (min. B2) are mandatory.
