Motorola Solutions Finance Operation Center is a department of Motorola in Kraków which gives you an opportunity to participate in a setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance Operation Centers (FOC) which provides world-class finance, accounting and purchasing services to Motorola branches in Europe, Middle East, Africa and US region. • Work on implementation of process and system changes across all Finance functions
• Drive collaboration and facilitate work between business users and IT team to execute system changes
• Seek for optimal system solutions for raised issues
• Support development, planning and execution of system enhancements
• Ensure that all project deliverables from functional leads and business stakeholders are provided on time
• Report issues and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the projects using Agile methodology (JIRA tool, daily stand-ups, sprints planning and retrospective)

• Master’s degree in Accounting/Finance or IT or similar
• 3+ years relevant work experience with ERP systems (preferred Oracle)
• Strong project management skills
• Result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in multi-functional environment and  interacts with different levels of management
• Oracle Finance module knowledge as an asset (Accounting, Fixed Asset, Account Payable, Account Receivable)
• Thorough understanding of Finance/Accounting basics
• Experience in ERP project implementation as a plus
• Ability to work in intense, fast paced and multinational work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel
