Twoje zadania:
- Manage and oversee a vehicle service and maintenance schedule ensuring legal compliance and driver safety
- Analyse and authorise third party supplier invoices
- Manage van damage cost reduction projects through influencing retail stakeholders, and maintenance providers
- Support annual Fleet budgets agreements, scrutinising monthly management accounts
- Manage third party maintenance suppliers ensuring critical KPIs are met at budgeted cost
- Manage communication with local authorities in case of any legal queries (Poland only)
- Spend amount of time travelling across Central Europe countries to support local Operation Teams
- Maintain a Fleet Database and Fleet Resource Matrix to show a true and accurate reflection of the fleet.
- Ensure store closures, openings, and capacity changes are supported with the correct level of vehicle resource
- Do the calculation of initial cost and benefits and I re-vaildate benefits of the projects delivered locally
- Act as a point of escalation for poor service issues and resolve in a prompt and timely manner minimising the impact to the fleet and our customers.
Wymagania:
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle specification
- Excellent knowledge of legal and highway code fleet areas
- Business level of English
- Defensive Driving certificate will be an asset
- Quick and accurate decision making
- Ability to analysis and report accurate data
- Ability to manage the change
- Ability to build trust based relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers through sharing knowledge and experience.
