Food and Beverage Manager Assistant / Zastępca Kierownika Gastronomii

Areas of responsibility:

• provide the highest quality of services provided by F&B department,
• maximizing revenues through sales and profitability of F&B outlets,
• identify and solve problems and provide the satisfaction of individual guests and groups,
• coordination and organization of work of employees in restaurants, bar, banquets and room service,
• provide compliance with brand standards Sofitel and participation in the training of personnel in this field.

Requirements for the ideal candidate:

• min. 2 years of professional experience in the position of Shift Leader in FB, or one year as Assistant FB Manager,
• very good knowledge of English,
• ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers,
• orientation to the high standard of customer service,
• very good work organization
• commitment and high level of motivation to work,
• ability to solve problems independently and independence in decision making,
• knowledge of the HACCP system,
• knowledge of MS Office and MICROS
• ability to work under a pressure,
• availability.
