Our Client is a leading group from retail industry, operating in many countries over the world. Currently, new Centre has been established and we are completing the team of Fraud Prevention & Financial Services.

On this position you will be responsible mainly for fraud prevention process – reviewing suspicious orders, performing account research and ensure that the customer data are confidential and handled in line with market standards and policies. You will solve variety of arising issues and answer to customer queries while making decisions on risky transactions.

We are looking for a professionals with approx.. 1 year of experience in Fraud / AML / KYC or customer service department who speak English on very good level. Successful Candidate should present the ability to multitask and flexibility to adjust to changing environment as well as very good analytical skills.
